Most of the driving parts of hydrofoil-type condensers operated in domestic water purification plants are foreign-made general-purpose driving parts.

The general-purpose driving part has a structure with a hole so that the output shaft can come out of the housing containing the gear oil.

It is used as a donut-shaped oil seal and cap, which are commonly used to prevent oil from leaking through holes.

Over time, oil leakage accidents occur due to oil seal wear and cap freezing due to dew condensation.

To solve this problem, we have developed and commercialized a sealed housing with no holes and a driving part with a new structure that does not leak even when oil is expanding.

국내 정수장에서 운영되고 있는 하이드로포일형 응집기의 구동부는 대부분 외산 범용 구동부입니다.
범용 구동부는 기어오일을 담고 있는 하우징에 출력 축이 나올 수 있도록 구멍이 있는 구조로 되어 있으며 구멍 틈으로 오일이 새는 것을 막기 위해 일반적으로 많이 사용되는 도넛형태의 오일씰과 캡으로 사용하고 있습니다.

시간이 지나면서 오일씰 마모와 결로현상으로 인한 캡 동파 등의 원인으로 누유사고가 일어나고 있습니다. 당사는 이를 해결하고자 구멍이 없는 밀폐형 하우징과 오일 팽창 시에도 누유가 되지 않는 새로운 구조의 구동부를 개발하여 상용화시켰습니다.
