“기술적 한계 해결하고 싶다 ”
선도적인 교반기술을 가진 첫 직장에서 약 14년이 넘는 시간동안 사용자의 어려움 듣고 회사가 가진 기술을 제안하여 해결하는 것에 큰 성취감을 가지며 살아왔다. 하지만 기술적 한계가 있었다.
이 한계를 극복하기 위해 아이디어 제안도 많이 하지만 연구개발로 이어지진 못하였다. 지금 생각해보면 창의적인 아이디어는 좋으나 제품화하기에는 어렵다는 판단과 매출이 잘 나오는 상황에서 도전적인 개발투자가 필요하겠냐는 경영적인 판단이 있지 않았을까 조심스럽게 생각해보며 아쉬운 마음을 달랜다.
“능력있는 동료들이 함께해주다”
같은 직장에서 14년 넘게 동거동락하면서 기술영업, 설계, 연구개발에 많은 경험이 있는 엔지니어들이 함께 해주었다. 즐겁고 어려운 시간을 보내면서 사용자 중심의 기술을 가진 제품 개발에 전념했다. 기꺼이 함께 해 준 동료들에게 감사하다.
”즐기면서 미친듯이 고민하고 고민하니 해결되다“
역시나 아이디어를 제품화하기에는 많은 어려움이 있었다. 하지만 즐기면서 미친듯이 고민하고 고민하니 기술적 어려움이 해결되면서 들판에 차곡차곡 눈이 쌓이듯이 제품의 완성도는 높아져 갔다.
”사용자에게 인정을 받다“
어렵게 개발한 제품들이 사용자 어려움을 해결하면서 성능 또한 우수하다고 검증되니 자연스럽게 당사 매출에 큰 도움을 주었다. 특히 당사 제품을 구매한 사용자들에게서 좋은 제품을 개발해주어서 고맙다는 말을 들으니 큰 성취감과 함께 더욱 사용자 중심의 기술을 개발해야겠다는 마음이 확고해졌다.

회사 이름이 우리말로 자서전인 것처럼 당사가 개발하는 모든 기술과 제품은 기록될 것이므로 후대에 부끄럽지 않고 기술이 한 단계 더 발전할 때 디딤돌이 될 수 있는 회사로 성장하도록 노력할 것이다.

For more than 14 years at the first job with leading agitation technology, I have lived with a great sense of achievement in listening to users' difficulties and proposing and solving the company's technology. However, there were technical limitations.
In order to overcome this limitation, many ideas were proposed, but they did not lead to R&D. Thinking about it now, I calm my regret by carefully thinking about whether there was a managerial judgment that a creative idea is good but difficult to commercialize and whether a challenging development investment is necessary in a situation where sales are good.

Engineers with a lot of experience in technology sales, design, and R&D have been with us while living together at the same workplace for over 14 years. While having fun and difficult times, he devoted himself to developing products with user-centered technology. I am grateful to my colleagues who were willing to work together.

As expected, there were many challenges to turning the idea into a product. However, as I was having fun and worrying like crazy, the technical difficulties were resolved and the quality of the product gradually improved.

Products that were developed with great difficulty solved user difficulties and were verified to have excellent performance, which naturally contributed to our sales. In particular, hearing from users who purchased our products thanked us for developing a good product, which gave us a great sense of achievement and made our mind set to develop more user-centered technology.
“Autobiography = Autobiography”
Just as the company name is an autobiography in Korean, all technologies and products developed by the company will be recorded, so we will strive to grow into a company that will not be ashamed of and become a stepping stone for future generations when technology develops one.
